DESCRIPTION
Base returns the base component of the instvar minsize which is the overall baseline of this. The baseline is calculated in the method CacheMinSize. It is the common baseline of the VObjects in the middle row of this. If the flag eVObjVBase of the instvar align is set, then the common baseline is the greatest baseline, otherwise the greatest height of those VObjects.
Method is rarely overridden.
Method never calls base method.
